About

Lynchpyn is a new band spawned from the remnants of various bands around the South East. Formed in mid 2012, based in Essex and Kent.

The band was started by Justin Lloyd (J.D. Ratt-vocals), previously with Smokin Barrels, Maelstrom and Jason Lawrence (JJ - drums), also from Smokin Barrels. Having advertised for musicians both were then introduced to Rob Furman (Furi-guitars) from Halo & Unbound Fury, and after having gone through a couple of other guitarists, Paul Cook (Diablo-lead guitars) from Rushhole & Red Thirteen was recruited. Finally Furi introduced everyone to Artur Mielczarek (Kred-bass) and LYNCHPYN was completed.

LYNCHPYN have been writing for a few months now and have a repertoire of great tracks to choose from, combining the essence of many great bands, Killswitch Engage, Fear Factory, Stone Sour, Pantera and Alice in Chains to name but a few, all together having created a sound that has both melody and aggression. Such tracks as 'Drop The Blade' which is a down and out metal song with crunching riffs a stabbing stop/start verse and chorus that blends melody with in your face metal, blended with Vocals that growl and purvey your every torment.

Or the instantly accessible 'Can You Speak Now' which flows effortlessly with chugging guitars and blistering solo combine that with its melodic undertow and pulsating rhythm, this bands music a winner without a doubt.

Gigging as of November 2012 ,they are already off to a good start, playing venues such as Nambucca, Monto Water Rats, O2 Academy Islington and Boston Arms whilst still looking to play everywhere they can for the new year. They will be in the studio within the very near future to record their debut EP, in the meantime have produced and released this 2 track CD as a taster of what is to come.

This is a band worthy of playing any metal festival, tour or show and add to their PynHedz fan base everytime they showcase their prowess. Don't miss these guys, this is a band that is going all the way

LynchPyn are HEAVY, they are LOUD, and they are the way forward; the future will be upon you shortly, they are to record their first killer album early 2013, but gigs are coming, watch the board, lock up your women, and stay away from the windows...

LYNCHPYN ARE COMING!!!
