Founded in October 2012, Bitter Divide spent several months in the studio jamming out their tight rock/metal sound before presenting themselves at their first gig on 26 July 2013. The time spent crafting and perfecting their sound paid off and the crowd lapped them up. They have so far generated a loyal following across the South of England, with some fans travelling miles to hear them live. For a band that has had very little exposure, their fans love them and the feeling is infectious once they take the stage!

The musicians have had years of live experience and they all know their instruments inside out. The rhythm section of Ben on Drums and Russ on bass is solid, pounding out the foundation that allows the two lead guitarists, Si and Dave, to lay down riffs and licks that weave around each other to form the classic southern inspired rock/metal that he band enjoy playing. The singer, Mojo has a diverse voice and he commands his audience with consummate ease, a real master of stage craft.

The band know their musical heritage and respect those that came before them. This can be heard in their music with shades of AC/DC, Black Sabbath and Lynyrd Skynyrd punching through modern influences like Black Stone Cherry, Machine Head and Killswitch Engage.
