Regurgitate Life is the solo Death Metal project of Sammy Urwin.
Regurgitate Life started off just as a recording project in 2008 but later took to the stage in 2009 as a solo act to tour with, Human Rejection, Cerebral Bore and Viscera trail.
Since then Regurgitate Life has toured/performed as a one-man act and has toured and shared the stage with acts such as Ingested, Dyscarnate, Prostitute Disfigurement, Putrid Pile and more!
