Killing Season are a four-piece metal band influenced by thrash, death and groove metal. Formed in 2011 by Joe Potts and Robyn Tucker, the material was always edging on the right side of extreme, influenced by classic bands like Death and Carcass whilst maintaining the catchy groove of Lamb of God and Devildriver, with a load of shredding to finish off. They went through several line up changes until they recruited drummer Nik Medhurst who shared a love of music that was brutal, technical, and cutting edge. Ex-Bassist Vitor Silva chose the name 'Killing Season' before continuing his studies at university, when Zen Astell joined the band and finally completed the line up, sharing the band's mutual hatred of one-note drops, floppy fringes and uplifting sing-a-long Core-ruses. Keep your eyes peeled for shows, because you will have a lot of fun and you will never leave. And that's not a promise, it's a threat.
