2011 saw the Sons touring extensively throughout the U.S with various compilations created using some of SOT's songs.

SOT released their 2nd full length in June of 2012 which was recorded in Athens Ga in Nov of 2011 by Kyle Spence of Harvey Milk & artwork by Chris Parry. Hydro-Phonic Rec printed 300 copies of this release via colored vinyl.

2013 saw Sons touring heavily throughout the Midwest in a continued effort to support the 2nd release with a new lineup. In Nov of the same year, 4 songs were recorded in Ben Martin's home studio in Atlanta, GA which included 2 covers (Cavity & Killing Joke) and 2 originals for the purpose of releasing it on either a split or a cassette tape.

2014 Sons made the first leap across the Pacific to Japan in Feb/March. Took a break after Dan's accident in April only to return back to the cutting board in order to write new material for the upcoming 3rd release. A cassette tape of the 4 songs recorded back in Nov of 2013 is to be released in Nov of 2014. Sons to enter the studio in the winter of 2015 to record the 3rd full length.
