Originally formed in the 90s, Stranger are five piece band from Poole, Dorset who play all original classic/heavy rock material:
After a break of a few years Stranger have very recently reformed with most of the original members. Although a few songs have been revamped from the old set, Stranger have been working hard writing and rehearsing new material and are currently working on an album. Although it would be impossible not to be influenced by other artists, Stranger believe that they have quite an original style that can bridge the gap between heavy rock and other genres of music. Writing powerful music without losing a sense of melody has always been the priority. This has given the band the ability to appeal to a broad range of audience taste, which in the past has always led to a good following.
