Sweet Taste are a band based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, who blend funk, blues and soul with 60's and 70's rock and roll.

They released their debut, self titled, 3-track E.P in September 2009, to great public and critical acclaim. Since then they have adopted a relentless touring philosophy, which has molded them into one of Ireland's most sought after live acts, as well as receiving extensiveradio airplay in the U.K, Ireland and further overseas. They have played some of Northern Ireland's premier rock venues, such as The Limelight, The Spring and Airbrake and The Empire Music hall.

They crossed the waters to play Hard Rock Hell in December 2011, where they shared the stage with Black Stone Cherry, Therapy?, The Quireboys, Crash Diet, and dozens more.

In February 2013, they signed with Rocksector Records UK : one of the U.K's most highly respected and successful independent record labels and management companies.

In July 2013 they played their first dates on English soil, including a performance at S.O.S festival in Manchester. 

"Hit The Spot": the new, 4 track E.P was released worldwide on 22nd April 2013.
