This foursome of heavy rocking madmen hails from the town of Idyllwild, population 3874, located over a mile high in the mountains above Palm Desert, California. Comprised of longtime friends Michael Schnalzer (bass/lead vocals), Brian 'Puke' Parnell (lead guitar/vocals), Johnny Trash (rhythm guitar) and Tim Olivier (drums), Throw The Goat has been described in the press as a 'Nu Grunge Stoner-Punk' band that has "a genuine knack for punching out some fucking infectious, mosh-worthy riffs, one after another."

Style and sound-wise, think energetic hardcore punk of the early 80s Misfits, add a little bottom power of Motorhead, a healthy dose of Kyuss' dusty stoner rock, and the aggressive, angst-ridden metal of Pantera.
