ZAD was formed in the Summer of 2011 when due to matters beyond their control, Mark, Alan and Chris found themselves living either side of the Hants - Berkshire border. After quickly releasing that for the most part this area was almost devoid of all culture, the trio conspired to write music that would offend and repulse people's ears and leave their minds confused and warped. Thus, Zad was born.
