With the release of their debut selftitled EP in November 2011, Invocation have blown into the tech metal scene and have since performed at Euroblast, UK Tech Fest 2012/2013 and shared stages with the likes of Chimp Spanner, Aliases, Bury Tomorrow, Red Seas Fire, Heart of a Coward, The Algorithm and Hacktivist. Darkeye After a huge show with Eye Of Solitude last year, we're lucky to have these south Londoners return to The Facemelter in its new home. Combining melodic and heavy progressive metal, these guys manage to keep the raw edge and technical prowess, but with more sprawling melodic sections, giving the songs room to breathe. Their selfreleased EP is available to download now, while they have a second one in the works.
