Firstly i have to apologize, i take photos....i don't write.
Unfortunately our reviewer got held up at work and so it's been left to me to cobble a review.
This Sunday at the Purple Turtle see's one of the most exciting line ups of home grown talent to hit the capital in some time in the form of the Absolute Flith Sludge Fest.
Dopefight, Wiht, Koresh, Parole, Dead Existence, Slab, Slabdragger and DKH are playing and the tickets are priced at the ridiculously low amount of £5. Can Mornington Crescent deal with this amount of heaviness in one day?
There's been a whole massive host of gig updates on the site so be sure to check out the listings for all the latest editions. We've got some more surprises in store for next week to, watch this space...

Damnation Festival announced some big additions today in the form of the mighty Godflesh as well the post rock band God Is An Astronaut and the almighty hell sounds of the awesome Altar Of Plagues. This lineup is starting to get ridiculous, better start planning how you are getting there!

Gorgasm, Defeated Sanity, and Amagortis have announced a date at the London Garage on Sunday 3rd September, tickets on sale this week.
We are sad to hear the news that Cathedral have decided to call it a day. Luckily they'll be one last show on Saturday 3rd December at the HMV Forum in London. Tickets go on sale 9am tomorrow.
Sonisphere this week have started to now sell day tickets, through a ballot system. Perfect for those of you who want to just go on the big 4 day...
