Those crazy stranglehold fans Kverlertak will be heading back over from Norway to grace the shores of the UK once more in March 2013.

2 UK dates were announced a while back for The Wounded Kings with support from Montreal's Dopethrone and Brittany's Huata. The Birmingham venue was revealed sometime back, but we have now received word that the London venue is confirmed and will be The Water Rats in Kings Cross.
Heavy line up indeed for this one, should be an awesome two nights.

Doom legends Pentagram have been confirmed for Desertfest 2013. Next year the festival spreads it's wings with the larger Electric Ballroom also now confirmed as one of the venues. The previously used Underworld, Purple Turtle, and The Black Heart will once again be used taking next year's festival into a 4 venue stoner mecca.

Due to Hurricane Sandy I'm sure you're all aware that lots of flights have been cancelled. The promoter for the Pentagram UK tour Francis Mace has been working extremely hard to move things around and make this still happen. Due to delays in flights the Bristol date has had to move. The fact a date is still going ahead in Bristol means we have to give big respect to the promoter and venues involved, for managing to move things around at such short notice. Please find all the info below in regard to the Bristol date change from the promoter. London, Manchester and Glasgow are still going ahead as normal.

As I'm sure most of you are well aware - Hurricane Sandy has been looming over the East Coast of America for the past 48hrs and has caused a state of emergency to be declared in most major East Coast cities.

HUNTRESS will play their first ever UK shows in October 2012 including a London appearance at Metal Hammer’s Halloween party.
The LA outfit will play Bournemouth and Cardiff before joining Black Spiders at Islington Academy on October 29, 2012.
All proceeds from the London show (Metal Hammer Halloween Party) will go to two awesome charities – Childline and Health Partnership Nepal – and with tickets coming in at just £3.50 and shots of Kraken and pints of Hobgoblin at recession-slaying prices; you really have no excuse not to be there. Japanese post rockers are returning to the UK to play ATP Nightmare before christmas curated by Shellac. The show also features Neurosis, Melt Banana, Red Fang and many more.
Making the most of the long trip over from Japan they have announced a string of UK dates around country as follows:

Mythology Agency and Live Evil have teamed up with Metropolis Music and Bro (UK) to arrange for one of the most powerful UK heavy metal tours of recent times. The 5 date ‘Into the Dark’ tour is headlined on all dates (apart from London) by pioneering heavy metal legends Angel Witch.
With a lineage dating back to 1977, South London’s Angel Witch were leading lights of the now legendary New Wave Of British Heavy Metal movement. The band have decimated stages around the world in recent years with arguably their best ever line-up.
