Corpselogic artist website

This week the artist collaboration website Corpselogic has gone live.  The site has been formed by a group of eight international artists, each of them with extensive experience designing artwork and merchandising for metal bands. You only have to take a look at the list of bands they have worked with to see why metalgigs are a fan – High On Fire, Amon Amarth, Neurosis, St. Vitus, Purified In Blood, Electric Wizard, Napalm Death, Pentagram, Slayer to name but a few.  The idea was born as a solution to the growing demand for quality artwork by record labels and recording studios, consecrated metal bands, and of course for newer bands with less resources.

Heading over to the website you can check out some of the fantastic work from each of the artists, and if you are an interested band/label etc you can make direct contact with the artist of your choice to explain your requirements and define a budget.

The 8 artists involved in this project are Tas, Jondix, Tomas Hooper, Tim Lehl, Andrew Sloan, Joseph Diaz, Jane Lives and Andrew Labanaris.  Some or all of these names may already be familiar with visitors to metalgigs, as they have designed a poster, shirt of album artwork for many of the underground bands we cover on this site, we’re big fans.

Head over to www.corpselogic.com for more information and to check out some of the fantastic art.
