Necros Christos London The Dome 2014 gig listings

Berlin’s Necros Christos head to London for an exclusive UK date this Saturday June 14th 2014 at The Dome in Tufnell Park (tickets available here).  Rumours are currently abound that Necros Christos are breaking up after the release of their next album “Domedon Doxomedon”  so there is a very good chance this will be their last ever UK date as these guys don’t mess around.  Having witnessed them myself at Killtown Festival in 2012 I can verify they slay on all levels live and this is going to be a gig you will seriously regret missing if you don’t make it.  I’m sure regulars to the site will verify we pull no punches on this site so when we say they kill it, THEY KILL IT!!  Despite forming in 2001 this is the first UK date from the elusive 4 piece since they visited our shores with Archgoat in 2005.  Last year they released a 3 LP boxset “One In Darkness, Two In Damnation, Three In Death” on Sepulchral Voice compiling their work between 2002-2007.  Their previous full length from 2011 “Doom Of The Occult” met with critical acclaim in the underground featuring in many end of year lists from the metal press worldwide.  A new 9 track EP “Nine Graves” is due out this May on Sepulchral Voice and Van Records and you can check out the teaser below.  Support comes from Binah who have a new 7″ EP “A Triad Of Plagues” due out at the end of this month on Me Saco Un Ojo and Dark Descent.

Whilst this may (or may not) be the last ever UK performance for Necros Christos one thing we can 100% assure you is this it the live debut of the main support Binah.  Formed in the UK in 2011 and featuring members from bands such as Indesinence, Code, and Towers Of Flesh.  Their debut album “Hallucinating in Resurrecture” was released in 2012 on Dark Descent and it’s a beast, check it out below.  They just released the EP “Triad of Plagues” (also on Dark Descent) which you can also check out below, and copies will be available at the show.

Next up on the bill is The One, a 2 piece from Greece/London who’s 2008 2nd full length “I, Master” was re-released on cassette last year on Total Holocaust Records.

Opening band for the day will be Wolverhampton’s Funeral Throne.  Formed in 2004 as Abolition, they changed their name to Funeral Throne in 2005 and have been throwing forth their Luciferian Death Metal for almost 10 years with their second full length album “Threshold” due out this month.  You can check out a preview track from the album below, be sure to get down early!

Tickets for Saturday’s show are on sale here priced at £15, and you can head over to the fb event page here to keep up to date with stage time announcements etc.  If last Saturday’s Mystifier/Bolzer show is anything to go by then we recommend getting tickets now as it should be rammed, see you in the pit \m/
